This week, keep an eye out for large trucks labeled Hydro-Klean Solutions around town. We’ve partnered with them to upgrade 12 mainline sanitary sewers across our city. This innovative, trenchless rehabilitation technique involves lining the existing sewer mains, essentially creating a brand new, water-tight infrastructure from within.
The project kicks off today – Monday, February 5 – starting in the 1200 block of Seneca St.
If your home or business is in the work zone, you’ll receive a door hanger – like the one below – 24 hours beforehand as a heads-up.
Additionally, we advise all homes and businesses within a 1-2 block radius of the rehab area to run water into all drains, focusing especially on floor and laundry drains, before work begins.
