The City of Webster City is excited to announce a generous contribution of $50,000 from Seneca Foundry towards the City of Webster City Splash Pad Project. This substantial investment reflects Seneca Foundry’s unwavering dedication to enhancing the quality of life for Webster City residents and underscores its commitment to fostering vibrant and inclusive community spaces.

The City of Webster City Splash Pad Project is set to enhance the recreational landscape of our community, offering a zero-depth aquatic amenity that will be enjoyed by residents of all ages. The splash pad will be a dynamic and engaging addition to our city, serving as a hub of activity and leisure for families, friends, and visitors alike.

The Splash Pad will provide a welcoming environment for families to gather and socialize, strengthening community bonds and fostering a sense of togetherness. It is designed to accommodate individuals of all abilities, providing an inclusive space where everyone can participate in active water play.  The project will also serve as an opportunity to attract visitors from neighboring areas, creating a positive economic impact on local businesses, potentially increasing tourism, and supporting our local economy.

Seneca Foundry is proud to be a part of this transformative project, recognizing its potential to enhance the lives of all Webster City residents.

The City of Webster City extends its heartfelt appreciation to Seneca Foundry for its generous support and is thrilled to have them as a partner in this endeavor. Their generous contribution is a testament to their dedication to our community, and it will undoubtedly make a significant impact on the success of the Splash Pad Project.  Mayor Hawkins and Councilmembers expressed gratitude to the Seneca Foundry team for acting as an advocate for the community development and enrichment of recreational assets in the community.
