Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Humanities Iowa & History Presentations which were scheduled at the Mulberry Center Church in Wilson Brewer Park have been canceled. The series was scheduled to begin with “Billy Sunday: Baseball Evangelist” at 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 6, 2020.
Carolynn Miller, the Church facility coordinator added “while we know this is disappointing, we hope you can understand the steps we are taking to help prevent the further spread of the virus. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We are looking forward to inviting our History Presenters back in the future, once the global health pandemic passes. We appreciate your patience while these necessary actions are taken to protect the health and safety of our citizens which is critical to mitigating the spread of the Coronavirus.”
