Utility Department updates amid City response to COVID-19

METHODS OF PAYING YOUR UTILITY BILL IF YOU CANNOT PAY AT THE COUNTER:

  1. Online Electronic Payments – a link is provided on the city website at webstercity.com to take you to Xpress Bill Pay or you may go directly to xpressbillpay.com  If you have not already set up an online account you will need to do this prior to making your first payment.  During this time, all standard service fees will be waived.

You may call the city office at 515-832-9141 to speak with a staff member to help with the process.  Staff hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Your banking institution should have an online option called bill pay.  Call or go to their website for more information.

  1. Drop Box – we have a drop box located on the west side of the Municipal Building which is located at 400 2nd Please include your remittance stub which is the top portion of your utility bill.  If you have lost the bill please include your name, address and phone number with your payment.  We recommend using checks and/or money orders.

 

  1. Mail – you can use the provided return envelope included in your utility bill mailing.  If you have lost the bill, please mail to:  City of Webster City, P.O. Box 217, Webster City IA  50595 and include your name, address and phone number to ensure it is applied to the correct account.
