All community members are invited to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the two City public art projects completed through the partnership with the University of Iowa.
Officials with the City of Webster City and the University of Iowa will gather at the corner of Second and Des Moines streets and will then move to City Hall Plaza.
The public is also invited to meet the artists Ali Hval (downtown murals) and Dan Miller (sculpture). In addition, University staff and students who helped with these projects will be in attendance.
