The Hotel/Motel Tax Board would like to announce the schedule for the 24th round of Hotel/Motel Tax Grants. Hotel/Motel tax grants are for the purpose of increasing tourism and visitors in Webster City. Please note that a grant training session will be held on October 29 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall and is mandatory for all applicants.

(all applicants must attend to have their request considered for funding)
Grant Applications Due: 11-19-19 (Tuesday) before 5:00 pm
First Round review to determine finalists:
11-26-19 at 5:15 pm (Tuesday)
Letters out to Finalists: 11-27-19
Final televised presentations: 12-10-19 (Tuesday) at 6:30 pm
Final determination of recommendations at 12-11-19 (Wednesday) at 5:15 pm
Recommendations memo to City Hall at12-12-19
Present to Council 12-16-19
