After-Hours Payments: Payments can be made via check or money order (no cash) using the drop box located on the west side of City Hall.
NEW – Monitor Your Usage Online We are excited to offer our utility customers the ability to monitor their usage and receive alerts for potential leaks via email or text message through the Sensus Customer Portal.
To set up your account, you will need:
• Utility account number (exclude the decimal when entering)
• Account Name – LAST Name, FIRST Name or Full Business Name
• Email address (for email alerts)
• Phone number (for text message alerts)
• Create a password
This service is provided at no additional cost to utility customer.
