A ribbon cutting celebrating two new public art pieces will be held Monday, Aug. 19 at 5 p.m.
Officials with the City of Webster City and the University of Iowa will gather at the corner of Second and Des Moines streets and will then move to City Hall Plaza. The public is invited to meet the artist and hear about the two art installations.
