The Webster City Recreation & Public Grounds Department is offering the Yoga Winter Session in the Sampson Room at the Fuller Hall Recreation Center. The Wednesday afternoon class will begin at 4:00 p.m. The eight-week session will begin on January 9th and last until February 27th. Classes will be $41.50 for residents or $47.75 for non-residents for the eight classes and all interested persons will need to pre-register to reserve a place in this class.
This Yoga class is designed to completely stretch to maximize physical and mental energy, increase flexibility, improve body shape, and enhance relaxation. Mary-Louise Burt will be the instructor. Mary-Louise has over 30 years of experience and has studied Yoga in California, Texas, Minnesota, and Iowa. In addition to teaching class at Fuller Hall, Mary-Louise has been an Adjunct Professor at NIACC Community College and Ellsworth Community College, and has also taught in Clarion, Belmond, Hampton, Iowa Falls, and Alden. Mary-Louise is recognized by Yoga Alliance as being qualified to teach students and instructors.
