The Fair Meadow Drive Reconstruction Project begins Monday, April 15th

The first road closure will be installed. It will detour traffic around the north side of the Des Moines Street and Fair Meadow Drive intersection (click for map) to allow contractors to remove concrete and replace the water main. This detour will remain in effect for roughly two weeks, weather-dependent. Once the water infrastructure is replaced, the street will be poured back and open to traffic. We'll share updates as they become available on our Facebook page. You can also sign up to receive messages directly from the City.

Mulberry Center Church at Wilson Brewer Park (220 Ohio Street) will present its first program of the 2019 season on Saturday, June 8, 2019 beginning at 1:00 p.m. “They Watched the Past…” will be presented by Dave Baker, writer and photographer of the Iowa history blog “Iowa: The 29th State.” Dave will tell the stories of the buildings you see every day and how they witnessed history. Learn how structures are primary historical sources and why preservation is important. Discover fascinating true stories from Webster City and Hamilton County.
