On July 17, we were made aware of a reported positive case of COVID-19 at Webster City Outdoor Pool. The exposure occurred on Wednesday, July 15th after 4:00 p.m. The facility will be closed for disinfection following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Iowa Department of Public Health guidelines.
Lap swimming and public open swim times are canceled for Friday, July 17th, the pool will open on Saturday, July 18th at 11:30 a.m. Anyone who believes they were exposed should stay home and self-monitor for symptoms and follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines if symptoms develop. www.cdc.gov
