The Hotel/Motel Tax Board would like to announce the schedule for the 23rd round of Hotel/Motel Tax Grants. Hotel/Motel tax grants are for the purpose of increasing tourism and visitors in Webster City. Please note that a grant training session will be held on April 16, 2019 (Tuesday) at 7:00 p.m. at Fuller Hall and is mandatory for all applicants.

Grant Applications open April 9, 2019
Training for grant applicants at Fuller Hall Sampson Room– 4-16-19 (Tuesday) at 7:00 pm (all applicants must attend to have their request considered for funding)
Grant Applications Due: 5-29-19 (Wednesday) before 5:00 pm
First Round review to determine finalists: 6-4-19 at 5:15 pm (Tuesday)
Letters out to Finalists: 6-6-19
Final televised presentations: 6-25-19 (Tuesday) at 6:30 pm
Final determination of recommendations: at 6-26-19 5:15 pm
Recommendations memo to City Hall: 7-2-19
Present to Council 7-15-19
